Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Morgan Center for Research and Innovation. Completed in 2026, 17 story research tower 350,000 square feet. The facility has a lecture hall and monumental stair that I worked on as well as supporting interior fit out on the dedicated spaces for wet labs, core facilities, genome sequencing, mechanical infrastructure and more on the upper floors. The auditorium is inside a complex space that has sloping walls and floors, irregular floor plans and tricky fireproofing details and sound attenuation requirements to isolate noise intrusion from the fabrication labs below and to keep noise from the auditorium from disrupting the research labs above.
